Need a Safe and Secure Method of Picking Heavy Suspended Loads with a telehandler?
The old method of wrapping a chain around a fork to pick suspended loads is not only dangerous but a blatant violation of OSHA requirements. The new Star Model 1302 Two-Foot Truss Boom provides a method of handling suspended loads up to the full capacity of most telehandlers and doing it in a way that is compatible with OSHA and ANSI requirements. And, most importantly, doing it safely.
The model 1302 Quick-Tach Truss Boom provides a swivel hook for straps or slings at the standard 2-foot forklift load center with a capacity of up to 10000 lbs. Supplied with a quick-tach mounting to fit the specific make and model of forklift used, the model 1302 provides a strong secure method of attachment to the forklift. In addition, it is designed to sit upright when disconnected ready to be easily reconnected when needed again. The model 1302 is available to fit most makes and models of extendible reach forklift /telehandlers. |
